Since introducing the new app several months ago, Patrick continues to say that they have witnessed a double rise in active users and achieved a high 4.7 rating in the app store.

Simplified Points System and Delectable Perks

Zaxby’s has made redeeming points easier and consistently treats members with rewards such as free Sunday delivery. Also, it may offer a free delivery week, as stated in Patrick’s announcement. Users can transform earned points into delicious freebies with a system based on points.

For every $1 spent, you accumulate 10 points, which can be exchanged for various free menu items or discounts. Notably, it enhanced its rewards program in 2022. The chain, with its headquarters in Athens, Georgia, proudly features over 900 locations across 17 states.
