Do you love Zaxby’s? The next time you visit, be sure to download app and take advantage of our rewards program. Our mobile app offers customers access to a digital menu board, coupons, and points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. You can also order food from the app with your mobile device.

Once you download the app, be sure to create an account. You can do this by registering directly on the app or by creating a profile on zaxbys.com. Even if you are already registered for our text offers, you will need to register for Zaxby’s Rewards so that you can participate in our upcoming sweepstakes and giveaways.

To get started, just show the cashier your phone — with your profile loaded at checkout. This will also allow you to download any coupons or digital menu items and show you points earned from previous visits. Redeeming a free regular-size Zax Sauce or Zaxby’s Pickle is easy and takes only a few seconds. Each time you swipe your phone on the point-of-sale reader, one point is redeemed for a free item.

Within the app, you can also: Manage your account: view your point balance, adjust your settings, and redeem points for rewards. Order ahead with the Zaxby’s Mobile app: order items such as Zax Sauce, Chicken tenders, or new menu items like Homemade Vanilla Bean shakes or Mozzarella Sticks. You can also customize a custom order. You will be prompted to log in with either your email or phone number to confirm your mobile device. You will also need to enter your credit card information prior to placing your order. Once you’ve paid, you can see a pending order in the app, and you can add an address, change your order or cancel the order on the app itself at this time.

Search for the Zaxby’s location nearest you and see all of the details, including operating hours, phone number, coupon offerings, and reviews. Check out our menu: see a full list of menu items and nutritional information. You can also view the catering menu, which is only available for pickup.
