Launch House is an inclusive incubator space for start-ups, entrepreneurs, and freelancers to live, work, dream and create. It offers a community of like-minded individuals and a space with modern tech amenities.

What would it be like to live in an environment with everything you need to pursue your dreams? Your answer might come from launching the first co-working space on the Jersey Shore. Launched in August 2015 by Alec Hunter and Mike Popelka with the help of friends and colleagues, Launch House opened its doors for its inaugural members over the summer. The building’s goal is integration: pairing motivated people with complimentary professional resources to create successful businesses together.

Their concept came to fruition after Popelka and Hunter noticed the need for a space in Belmar that was more than just a venue where students could pay to work during the day. The pair met while attending college at Rutgers University and felt their peers needed a real “launch pad” to begin their entrepreneurial ventures. Launch House is now home to 10 entrepreneurs and 9 freelancers whose projects range from clothing design, small business marketing, and music production to Internet radio shows.  We have a variety of resources at your disposal, including its fwebsite, our mobile app and social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), customer support team members who are happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

Each member pays $675 per month for access 24/7, with an emphasis on being community driven through collaborative efforts and networking opportunities. Some may even find love or a business partner as a bonus. The building is fully equipped with high-tech equipment, such as whiteboards, computers, and 3D printers, which all members can use. They has everything you need to enable success, whether your goal is to launch the next big thing or expand upon a hobby.

Launching a new business in a space like this can be intimidating for some. Still, their focus is a collaborative atmosphere where everyone’s input is valued and welcomed.
