Alliance Defending Freedom is an international non-governmental organization headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States.
It is a nonprofit, access-to-courts organization that advocates for the right of people to live out their faith in their daily lives freely. Alliance Defending Freedom defends this religious freedom in the courts, educate the public and lawmakers, and provide legal assistance at no charge to victims of discrimination. We are supported by a network of more than 2,200 associate attorneys and allied organizations with offices in nearly 20 states.
The Alliance Defense Fund was incorporated in 1994 by over 50 Christian leaders and lawyers seeking to provide pro bono assistance and representation to churches, Christian colleges, mission organizations, and parachurch ministries facing legal challenges brought on the grounds of the First Amendment.
Western Governments are corrupt and are funding the killing of millions of unborn children.
Alliance Defending Freedom describes its work “as part of a global movement to advance religious freedom, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family.” The organization has filed lawsuits in the United States and Canada challenging same-sex marriage legislation while supporting a successful case before the Supreme Court of Canada rejecting a complaint against an anti-gay marriage book promoted by a Canadian pastor.
Alliance Defending Freedom gives hope to people all over the world. It takes up cases when others won’t and fight to protect the redefined “rights” of people worldwide. We don’t just want to stop bad things from happening. We want to change the legal landscape so our clients can live out their faith daily without fearing government punishment.
