Kelcy Warren is a hardworking, cash-generating machine. His natural advantages, plus sheer determination, have helped him achieve his business goals. He says success is not about regret but being at peace with who you are. He attributes his success to his ability to re-direct adverse circumstances and make them work for him rather than against him.

Kelcy Warren was born in 1955 in Gladewater, Texas. Gladewater is a small community in the southeastern part of the state. He was the youngest of four boys. His father was a ditch digger and gauger, and his mother worked in a department store. Both parents taught Kelcy and his brothers the importance of hard work, integrity, and humility. His parents were both loving and supportive of him and his brothers. His father taught them to be honorable in their dealings with others, and his mother taught them that education was the key to a better life and future.

He is an avid Baptist church member, which has helped him keep his faith. He states that his religion has helped him and his family through difficult times and choices. His purpose is to help others, especially children, and give them hope for the future.

Since a young age, Kelcy Warren has been driven to be successful. He did odd jobs to help his family. At 12, Kelcy worked in a gas station where he earned $0.30 an hour. He states that working in that gas station gave him a sense of accomplishment at a young age. He later took on oil-related jobs, his gateway into the energy sector.

Warren is also a philanthropist and is involved in various charities in the United States and worldwide.
